Biography
About W. Bradley “Brad” Parker
Practice
W. Bradley "Brad" Parker is the founder of Parker Law Firm Injury Lawyers, a Texas personal injury law firm representing people who have suffered serious injuries and families pursuing wrongful death claims throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
For more than four decades, Brad has focused his practice on catastrophic personal injury litigation, including commercial truck accidents, serious automobile collisions, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, wrongful death, and other cases involving life-changing injuries caused by negligence. He has recovered more than $100 million on behalf of injured clients, although every case is unique and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Peer recognition
Brad is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction earned by only a small percentage of Texas attorneys. Throughout his career he has served as President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and President of the Tarrant County Bar Association.
He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization dedicated to the preservation of the civil jury trial. Invitations are made to those who have significant trial experience and have demonstrated the virtues of civility, integrity and professionalism. Brad is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, another invitation-only organization of trial lawyers who have demonstrated the highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality.
Who he represents
Brad intentionally maintains a selective practice focused on catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters where experience, preparation, and trial advocacy can have the greatest impact. His experience includes representing executives, business owners, professionals, and working families whose injuries require sophisticated analysis of future medical needs, lost earning capacity, and long-term damages.
Known for meticulous preparation and direct client communication, he believes every client deserves experienced advocacy during one of the most difficult periods of their lives.
